Walk-ins are welcome as availability allows. Appointments are strongly recommended to secure your preferred time. Complimentary consultations are included with studio bookings.

These policies help GOODT Studio provide every client with a professional, safe and organized portrait experience.
Important: By booking a session and paying the required retainer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all policies below.

Reservation Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required at booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the retainer is received.
Remaining Balance
The full remaining balance is due before the session begins or upon arrival.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable due to the customized nature of GOODT Studio services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Same-day cancellation fee: $25
- No new retainer is required when rescheduled within 2 weeks.
- Rescheduling after 2 weeks requires a new retainer.
Late Arrivals
- Late fee: $15
- Arriving 20 or more minutes late without communication is treated as a no-show and the retainer is forfeited.
Guest Limit
One guest is allowed unless additional guests are approved by the studio in advance.
Same-Day Bookings
A $50 same-day booking fee applies.
Rush Orders
- 1-Day Rush: $200
- 2-Day Rush: $100
Studio Conduct & Safety
Disruptive or aggressive behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.
Damage to Studio Property
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio props, equipment, furniture or sets.
Image Editing & Turnaround
Delivery timelines are provided at or before booking. RAW and unedited files are not released.
Payment Methods
Some digital payment methods may include processing fees.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must remain present throughout the entire session.
Reshoot Policy
Reshoots are offered only when a verified studio technical issue occurs, including equipment malfunction, corrupted files or lighting failure.
- Reshoots are not offered for appearance concerns, behavior issues or tardiness.
- Any optional reshoot is treated as a new booking.
Client Use of Images
Images are licensed for personal use only unless commercial licensing is purchased. The commercial-use fee is $500 per image.
Taxes on Prints & Products
Georgia State Sales Tax applies to all physical prints and products.
Right to Refuse Service
GOODT Studio may decline or discontinue service for policy violations, unsafe conduct or disruptive behavior.
